Domestic US flights are operated by American Airlines, American Eagle or Alaska Airwways. Departures valid as follows: Los Angeles/San Francisco/New York (JFK) between now and 8 June 2010 or 24 July and 6 September 2010. Seats are limited and may not be available on every flight. No refunds. Revalidation/reissue permitted on date changes for an additional $200 per transaction.
